While they present themselves as a reliable solution for vehicle protection, consumer feedback has raised concerns about their business practices. Although Total Auto Protect shows an address for Wilmington, Delaware in their contract and other places, it would appear that they do not physically exist or operate in the state of Delaware, based on this response to a formal complaint made to the Delaware State Attorney General.
